Frequently Asked Questions
Will our MBA degree change?
Your institution continues to award the MBA under its own approvals. FFOI certification is an extra credential students can earn alongside it.
Who teaches the finance modules?
Industry faculty appointed and managed by FFET, FFOI's authorised training entity. Your own faculty continue with the MBA as usual.
What is the difference between PRE and POST?
PRE starts before admissions: you admit your next batch as an FFOI Powered MBA. POST starts with students you have already admitted.
Do students have to take the FFOI certification?
Certification is optional. Students who choose it sit FFOI's assessment and are certified on their results.
Who is the agreement with?
The agreement is signed with FFET, which delivers the training. FFOI remains the independent certifying body.

Under FFOI Powered, the degree is awarded solely by the partner institution. FFOI and FFET are not UGC or AICTE-approved institutions, and no programme listed is a degree awarded by either. FFOI certifications are awarded independently by FFOI upon assessment, are voluntary and are not degrees. All training and product offerings are provided by FFET, the authorised training entity by FFOI, and commercial arrangements are concluded with FFET; FFOI is not a party to them except as expressly provided in the applicable agreement. CareerProf operates independently. Placeflix is a preparation and career-enablement process and does not guarantee employment, shortlisting or placement.
